To encourage more tasting at home, we at Seattle Caviar are pleased to introduce Petite Caviar 101!

For those who are new to the world of caviar, tasting each variety side-by-side is a perfect introduction. It’s the best way to decide which of our premium caviar selections is your preference.

We will send 1/2 oz. each of the following; Golden Whitefish, Chum Salmon Ikura , Paddlefish, Siberian Sturgeon, Idaho White Sturgeon, Israeli Osetra and Belgian Osetra caviar.

All fresh caviar is shipped in a custom designed insulated bag with frozen gel ice which is packed in an insulated container. Caviar is shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. Non-perishable items may be shipped via Federal Express ExpressSaver taking a minimum of 3 business days for a fee of $15.00. Any shipment over $500 will require a signature.

Seattle Caviar is able to ship Monday through Thursday as long as orders are received by 12:00 noon PST. If we ship on a Friday for Saturday delivery there is a $15 Federal Express Saturday surcharge..
